Tyler needed to redesign financial consolidation while implementing a new general ledger, chart of accounts, and reporting requirements, all while maintaining business continuity and supporting acquisitions. CFO Solutions conducted a Phase Zero assessment to evaluate processes, future requirements, and the technology landscape, confirming Board as the right long-term EPM platform. The team developed a phased roadmap beginning with consolidation and expanding into reporting, analytics, and planning. CFO Solutions also built a mapping utility to help finance visualize and validate account mappings during the ERP transition.
Value Delivered
Board now serves as Tyler’s trusted enterprise platform for financial information, with adoption growing from approximately 50 finance and accounting users to more than 200 users across the organization. Consolidation provides greater transparency into adjustments, eliminations, and reporting changes, while the mapping application helps streamline acquisitions and ERP transitions. Flexible hierarchies, governance, and a long-term roadmap also give Tyler a scalable foundation for continued planning and finance transformation.
